What you'll do:

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet customers with a smile, help them check in, and guide them through our simulator bay setup.

• Simulator expert: Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for our golf simulators, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for users.

• Booking and sales: Manage reservations, process payments, and assist with food, beverage, and merchandise sales.

• Maintain a pristine environment: Keep our simulator bays and common areas clean, organized, and ready for the next group of golfers.

• Be a golf ambassador: Share your enthusiasm for golf, answer questions about our facility, and help foster a positive community among our guests.​

What we're looking for:

• Customer service superstar: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and have a knack for making them feel comfortable and happy.

• Tech-comfortable: You're comfortable learning and operating new technology, especially computer-based systems.

• Reliable and responsible: You're punctual, trustworthy, and can handle various tasks efficiently.

• Problem-solver: You can calmly and effectively address customer inquiries or minor technical issues.

• A passion for golf (a plus!): While not required, an interest in golf will definitely help you connect with our customers.

• Availability: Part time with evenings and weekends.
